📋 Yard Cards by CyBea — Customer Agreement

Please read and agree to the following terms before placing your order:

1.
No Refunds After Setup. All sales are final once the display has been installed. No refunds will be issued after setup has been completed, regardless of circumstance.
2.
Payment Required Before Setup. Full payment must be received and confirmed before any display will be installed. Yard Cards by CyBea reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received prior to the scheduled setup time.
3.
Delivery Address Accuracy. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Yard Cards by CyBea is not liable for displays installed at an incorrect location due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4.
Do Not Move or Tamper with Signs. Signs, displays, and all related equipment remain the property of Yard Cards by CyBea. Customers and recipients must not move, remove, or tamper with any part of the display during the rental period.
5.
Damaged or Missing Property. The customer will be held financially responsible for any signs, stakes, or display components that are damaged, stolen, or missing at the time of pickup. Replacement costs will be charged to the customer on file.
6.
Lawn & Property Responsibility. Yard Cards by CyBea takes reasonable care during installation and removal; however, the customer accepts that minor lawn disturbance (e.g., small stake holes) may occur. Yard Cards by CyBea is not liable for pre-existing lawn conditions or damage beyond normal installation.
7.
Weather-Related Cancellations. In the event of severe weather (high winds, thunderstorms, flooding) that makes installation unsafe, Yard Cards by CyBea reserves the right to reschedule the display at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations.
8.
Safety Liability. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the display area is safe and accessible. Yard Cards by CyBea is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur in connection with the display on the customer's or recipient's property.
9.
Lawn Preparation. To ensure the best possible display and minimize any disruption to your lawn, we kindly ask that customers water their grass at least 24 hours before the scheduled display date. This helps the stakes go in smoothly and reduces any impact on your lawn.
